Day 2
I'm sure everyone would be interested in our next destination. It has to do with gold, with being RICH! Now who doesn't want to be rich? Sovereign Hill, here we come.
From here, we took on the trapped mine tour which told the story on how some miners were trapped in the mine when water started rushing in and flooded the place. Only 5 managed to escape out of the 35.
HAHA and we actually managed to PAN some gold!!
DAY 3
We rented a car (Holden) and started our journey along the Great Ocean Road with one ULTIMATE GOAL. To see the TWELFTH APOSTLES. Our very first stop was Torquay and we reached our second stop, Lorne, at the end of the day for a good rest at Mantra Lorne Hotel.Surprisingly good service at the hotel and they actually gave us a complimentary wine and 2 cups of coffee because it was Mum's birthday! (:
Day 4
Kickstart our day with buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Visited the Cape Otway lighthouse, which is one of the most famous in Australia.
And here's my 4th day stay at Port Campbell. Lovely apartment.
